Version 6.3.6

Fixes some recently discover bugs and Includes Tax Tables to 31st March 2027.
It includes Kiwi Saver changes to support 3.5% from April 2026.
After EOY it will be enabled and employees and employers on 3% updated to 3.5%.

New bug-fix build 25th April.
